At Creatora, all our products are digital content delivered by instant download (software extensions, license keys).
In accordance with Article VI.53, 13° of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content whose performance has begun with the consumer's express consent, where the consumer has acknowledged losing this right.
When ordering, you must check a box confirming that you are requesting immediate delivery of your digital product and that you are therefore waiving your 14-day right of withdrawal.
As a result, no refund is possible once the order is confirmed and the product (files and/or license key) has been delivered.
If you experience a problem preventing normal use of the product (invalid license key, corrupted file, activation error), contact us at info@creatora.be. We will primarily fix the issue or replace your license key. A refund may be considered only if no technical solution can be provided, in accordance with the legal warranty of conformity.
