These Terms and Conditions of Sale ("Terms") apply to any order placed on the website creatora.be (the "Site") with BLSS SRL.
Creatora sells digital products (software extensions, video editing plugins for Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, creative resources), delivered exclusively by electronic means as a downloadable file and/or license key.
No physical product is shipped.
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included (VAT incl.). The applicable VAT depends on the customer's country of residence, in accordance with current European regulations (see Article 8).
Payment is due immediately upon ordering and is made using the payment methods offered at checkout (processed by Shopify).
Once payment is confirmed, the customer automatically receives by email the installation file(s) for the purchased product, a unique license key enabling activation of the software, and the corresponding installation and activation guide.
Delivery is deemed complete as soon as this email is sent. The customer is responsible for checking their spam/junk folder if the email is not received.
In accordance with Article VI.53, 13° of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content not provided on a physical medium once performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent, and the consumer has acknowledged losing their right of withdrawal as a result.
Accordingly, before completing any order, the customer must check a box explicitly confirming: «I request immediate performance of digital delivery and acknowledge that I lose my 14-day right of withdrawal once the download/license key has been provided.»
Without this express confirmation, the order cannot be completed. Once this box is checked and the order confirmed, no refund can be granted, except in the cases provided for in Article 6 (non-conformity).
In accordance with Book VI of the Belgian Code of Economic Law (transposing European Directive 2019/770 on digital content and services), the customer benefits from a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the date of delivery, including for digital products. This warranty covers any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery (invalid license key, corrupted file, missing advertised feature, lack of a necessary security update). This warranty cannot be limited or excluded by contract: it is a matter of public policy.
In the event of a lack of conformity, the customer must contact info@creatora.be. BLSS SRL will primarily offer a correction or replacement of the license key; a refund will be considered if no technical solution can be provided within a reasonable time.
Purchasing a Creatora product grants the customer a personal, non-exclusive license to use the product, limited to the number of devices/machines indicated on the product page. Any resale, redistribution, sharing of the license key, or reverse engineering of the product is strictly prohibited.
For individual customers residing in the European Union, the applicable VAT is that of their country of residence, in accordance with the One-Stop Shop (OSS) scheme, unless the annual threshold of €10,000 in intra-EU sales is not reached, in which case Belgian VAT applies. For customers outside the European Union, any applicable local VAT is the customer's responsibility under the laws of their country.

If no amicable resolution is reached, the customer may file a free request with the Consumer Mediation Service (a Belgian public body competent for any consumer dispute in the absence of a specific sector mediator):

These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Brussels, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions.
